Mark Budke

It's safe to say that virtually every racer who has been to a riders meeting at a D38 race knows Pastor Mark. He's there at nearly every race, whether he rides or not, to offer the spiritual comfort of a prayer for the safety of the racers.

Pastor Mark Budke is a Senior Class Racer (#22s), and the Southwest Regional Minister to the off-road motorcycling community for the national organization, Racers for Christ.

We think he's a remarkable gentleman, and we're proud to count him as a member

One of the remarkable things about Mark is how he acts on his concern for anyone injured at a race, even one that may have happened somewhere else. He seems to be at the hospital almost before the ambulance is, and stays until he knows how the injured rider is doing, or as long as his presence is requested. He sends back status reports via the D38 Message board as soon as he knows something so that anyone who knows the rider can keep up with his condition.
